Escape to the picturesque coastal town of Niantic and experience your vacation at our charming little Niantic Cottage. This lovely vacation rental is the perfect place to unwind and recharge, with its inviting atmosphere and prime location just minutes from the beach.
Boasting two bedrooms, this vacation home is perfect for small families or small groups of friends looking for a convenient place to stay. The master bedroom features a plush king-size bed, while the other bedroom is furnished with full-over-queenbunk beds, ensuring a good night's sleep for everyone.
The interior of our cottage is decorated with a mix of modern and vintage furnishings, creating a fun and welcoming atmosphere. The open-concept floorplan is great for a small group, with kitchen, dinning area, and living area. Our 36" HDTV has cable and streaming capabilities.
Outside, you'll find a large fenced in backyard, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or evening cocktail while taking in the fresh sea air. The backyard is fully fenced in and features a deck with outdoor seating and a fire pit, perfect for roasting marshmallows under the stars.
With its prime location just a short stroll into town, this vacation rental is the ideal home base for all your seaside adventures. Spend your days lounging on the beach, swimming in the ocean, or exploring the charming town of Niantic with its many restaurants, and shops.

Primary Bedroom is large with a King Bed, sofa, and closet for your travel items
Secondary Bedroom has a Full over Queen bunk bed with comfy mattresses and a small closet for your travel items
Bathroom has a shower/tub combo, vanity, and toilet. Stocked with toilet paper and towels for your stay.
Full sized kitchen has original built in cabinets with a full sized stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Combo drip and Keurig coffer maker so you can bring your preferred coffee and make it fresh daily.
Dining area is right off the living room with a four person dinning table and in the living room there is a sofa and sitting chair to watch TV or just hang out before heading to the beach.
Sitting area outdoors, with fire pit (wood provided), Adirondack chairs, table, umbrella, and gas grill
House comes with fresh linens and towels for each guest and is professionally cleaned between stays!

“Just wrapped up a visit with four people, and we had a great time. Property is easy to find and as represented in the photos. Access was straight forward and everything was spotless. Older home and (particularly) older kitchen. Kitchen has a dishwasher and nice coffee pot, and the home is updated nicely with vinyl plank flooring throughout, so it looked nice and was easy to keep clean even with our foot traffic. Beds were very comfortable, and I particularly appreciated the size of the bunk beds. We were traveling with a couple, and solo adult, and a child. The couple took the master (which has a futon, which was great to have if a little one needs to come in during the night) and the bunk beds were full sized mattresses and able to comfortably accommodate an adult and child. We enjoyed grilling out in the back, a campfire around the solo stove, and used the bikes in the shed. Jason (our host) welcomed us with a bottle of local wine. Other family stayed at the B&B down the street.”
